From Intuition to Intention
I was born with the Gift of clarity — a deep ability to see one’s path and potential from the outside looking in, through a modality that is profoundly connective. My journey began in 1976, guided by the insight of Tarot Cards, and has since evolved into a full-spectrum healing practice that bridges intuitive guidance, energetic alignment, and somatic restoration. I grew up Catholic, and I was introduced to the indigenous First Nations…awakening within the truths.
After years of serving in the structured and demanding world of nursing, I permanently stepped away in 2008 to follow the calling of my Soul. It was then that Ask Sabrina Wellness Studio was born — A sanctuary where Ancient Tools and Spiritual Gifts are used to support others in awakening to their own healing, power, and purpose.
